Ingredients

• 4 cl London dry gin
• 2 cl grapefruit cream
• 2 cl Squeezed lemon juice
• 8 cl Sparkling water

Preparation steps

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Pour in the gin, grapefruit cream and squeezed lemon juice.
3. Shake energetically.
4. Fill a glass with ice
5. Pour in the mixture.
6. Extend with sparkling water.
