Pumpkin Smoothie Orange Honey

Excellent smoothie to fill up with energy and fiber!


  • 2 teaspoons Honey
  • 1 Apple
  • 3 Oranges
  • 200 g Pumpkin

Preparation steps

  1. Peel and dice the pumpkin.
  2. Add it to a pot of water and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain and let cool.
  4. Squeeze the oranges and collect the pulp.
  5. Keep it cool.
  6. Peel, seed and dice the apple.
  7. Add all ingredients in a blender.
  8. Mix several seconds until the mixture becomes smooth.
  9. Add honey if necessary.
  10. Serve in smoothie glasses.
