Smoothie Bonne Humeur
Fresh and creamy smoothie based on pear, nectarine and apricot.
Ingredients
- 40 cl Pear Juice
- 4 Nectarines
- 4 Apricots
- 4 Pears
Preparation steps
- Peel and cut pears and nectarines into pieces.
- Cut the apricots in half.
- Add the fruit to a blender with the remaining ingredients and a few ice cubes.
- Mix several seconds.
- Serve in smoothie glasses.
