IBA cocktail with grapefruit soda and tequila

Ingredients

  • 5 cl 100% agave tequila
  • 1 pink grapefruit soda
  • 1 wedge lime
  • 1 tablespoon fleur de sel
  • 1 piece grapefruit for decoration

Preparation steps

  1. With a quarter of the lemon moisten the entire edge of the cocktail glass and roll it in the salt to make a nice icing
  2. Put ice in the glass and pour the tequila
  3. Extend with soda
  4. Decorate with a piece of grapefruit on the glass
