Ti’ Peach

Ingredients

• 5 cl Very old rum
• 2.5 cl Peach cream
• 1.5 cl Lime juice
• 3 slices Fresh ginger
• 1 tsp Agave syrup (optional for extra sweetness)
• Ice cubes

Preparation steps

1. Muddle the ginger slices in the bottom of a mixing glass to extract the juice and aroma.
2. Add the agave syrup (if you desire a slightly sweeter taste).
3. Add the very old rum, peach cream, and lime juice.
4. Top up with ice cubes until halfway full.
5. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly using a stirring spoon until the mixture is well-chilled.
6. Strain the mixture into a tipunch glass to remove the ginger pieces.
7. For garnish, add a fresh peach slice on the rim of the glass and place a lime zest on the surface of the cocktail.
