A refreshing and slightly spicy cocktail. The aged rum harmoniously blends with the sweetness of peach cream, the liveliness of lime juice, and the warmth of ginger.
- 5 cl Very old rum
- 2.5 cl Peach cream
- 1.5 cl Lime juice
- 3 slices Fresh ginger
- 1 tsp Agave syrup (optional for extra sweetness)
- Ice cubes
- Muddle the ginger slices in the bottom of a mixing glass to extract the juice and aroma.
- Add the agave syrup (if you desire a slightly sweeter taste).
- Add the very old rum, peach cream, and lime juice.
- Top up with ice cubes until halfway full.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly using a stirring spoon until the mixture is well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a tipunch glass to remove the ginger pieces.
- For garnish, add a fresh peach slice on the rim of the glass and place a lime zest on the surface of the cocktail.
