Vanilla Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
- 25 cl Milk
- 125 g Mascarpone
- 2 Egg yolks
- 1 Mango
- 1 pinch vanilla powder
Preparation steps
- Peel and dice the mango.
- Add it to a blender with milk, egg yolks, vanilla and mascarpone.
- Mix several seconds.
- Book an hour in the fridge.
- Pour into smoothie glasses.
