Let yourself be transported by exotic flavors with this refreshing and original smoothie. Combining the sweetness of watermelon with the slight acidity of pink grapefruit, this smoothie is enhanced by a sparkling touch of cider. A perfect recipe for a fruity and thirst-quenching break !


Ingredients

  • 10 cl of cider
  • 2 large slices of watermelon
  • 1/2 pink grapefruit
  • A few fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • For decoration: watermelon balls and a sprig of mint

Preparation steps

  1. Prepare the fruits: Start by peeling and cutting the half grapefruit into small pieces. Make sure to remove any seeds from the watermelon.
  2. Blend the fruits: Place the grapefruit and watermelon pieces into a blender. Add a few fresh mint leaves and a handful of ice cubes to the mix.
  3. Add the cider: After the initial blending, pour in 10 cl (100 ml) of cider into the blender.
  4. Blend again: Run the blender for a few seconds to thoroughly mix the cider with the fruit puree.
  5. Serve: Carefully pour the smoothie into your favorite smoothie glasses.
