Grated Coconut Pina Colada
Fancy a Pina colada like no other? The recipe is made for you with a shredded coconut touch for a delicious and original cocktail!
- 400 ml rum
- 600 ml pineapple juice
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 4 tablespoons cane syrup
- 1 pinch grated coconut
- Pour the rum, pineapple juice, coconut milk and cane syrup into a bowl.
- Mix with a whisk.
- Pour the mixture into a long drink filled with crushed ice.
- Sprinkle with grated coconut.
Decoration: Add a few pieces of pineapple.
