- 3 cl Canadian Whisky
- 3 cl Apple juice
- 6 cl of sparkling wine
- Add a few ice cubes to a cocktail glass.
- Pour in the whiskey and apple juice.
- Add more sparkling wine.
- Stir lightly with a spoon.
Decoration: Add a slice of apple to the edge of the glass.
