Canadian Raspberry Label
A variation of the classic mojito with this refreshing and fruity Canadian whiskey cocktail.
- 5 cl Canadian Whisky
- 3 cl squeezed lime juice
- 1 cl Raspberry liqueur
- Ginger ale
- 6 Fresh mint leaves
- A few raspberries for decoration
- Add the mint leaves, whiskey, lemon juice and raspberry liqueur to a cocktail glass.
- Gently crush with a cocktail muddler.
- Add some crushed ice.
- Extend with ginger ale.
- Mix with a spoon from bottom to top.
Decoration: Add a head of fresh mint, raspberries and a slice of lime.
