Morning smoothie

Smoothie that will brighten your taste buds with its amazing taste!


Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon flat parsley
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 Carrots
  • 250 g Spinach shoots
  • 2 grany apples
  • 2 Bananas

Preparation steps

  1. Peel and cut into pieces the apples, bananas and carrots.
  2. Wash and dry the spinach.
  3. Add the spinach and mix for a few seconds.
  4. Then add the apples and mix.
  5. Then bananas and carrots.
  6. Mix again.
  7. Finish with some ice.
  8. Mix again for a few minutes.
  9. Serve in smoothie glasses.
