A gentle and purifying smoothie with avocado, cucumber and parsley
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1 parsley wrist
- 1/2 peeled cucumber
- The juice of half a lemon
Preparation steps
- Get the avocado pulpit, peel the cucumber and wash the parsley
- Cut into pieces and place in a blender
- Mix all ingredients with lemon juice
