Pimm's Rangon
Pimm's Rangon is a refreshing variant of the famous Pimm's cocktail. It's an ideal drink for a summer evening, a barbecue, or a party.
Ingredients
- 20 cl of Pimm's®
- 50 to 60 cl of ginger ale
- 1 untreated lemon
- 1/2 cucumber
- Ice cubes
Preparation steps
- Pour the Pimm's® over some ice cubes into the long drink glasses.
- Top up with ginger ale and stir quickly.
- Add a lemon zest and a cucumber zest to each glass.
- Serve immediately before the ice melts.
