Ingredients

  • 10 cl Perrier
  • 4 cl Raspberry puree
  • 5 Raspberries

Preparation steps

  1. Add the raspberries to a cocktail glass
  2. Crush them with a cocktail muddler.
  3. Pour in the raspberry purée.
  4. Stir with a spoon.
  5. Gently pour in the perrier with a bar spoon.
