Ingredients

  • 2 cl Perrier
  • 2 cl Raspberry syrup
  • 2 beet cubes
  • 3 Raspberries

Preparation steps

  1. Add the raspberries and beetroot to a mixing glass.
  2. Pound with a cocktail muddler.
  3. Pour the raspberry syrup and the perrier with a few ice cubes.
  4. Shake energetically.
  5. Filter into a freshened cocktail glass.
