Winter tea

Ingredients

• 5 cl dark rum
• 3 cl Gold Rum
• 1.5 cl of fresh lemon juice
• 5 cl Cider
• 1 tablespoon of honey
• 1 Cinnamon stick

Preparation steps

1. In a teapot, add the dark rum, golden rum and honey.
2. Add the lemon and cinnamon stick.
3. Heat up the cider.
4. Add it to the teapot.
5. Let infuse a few minutes.
6. Stir with a spoon.
7. Serve in a mug or cup.



Decoration: Add a cinnamon stick.
