Also known as Café Créole Frappé, it is a full-bodied cocktail. You must appreciate the taste of the coffee.
Ingredients
- 4 cl NEGRITA dark rum
- 4 cl Espresso
- 1.5 cl Cane syrup
Preparation steps
- Fill a shaker with crushed ice.
- Make an espresso run.
- Pour the rum, espresso and cane syrup into the shaker.
- Shake energetically.
- Strain and place in a glass.
