Rhubarb Blackcurrant Smoothie

Refreshing smoothie and easy to make!



  • 3 Plain yogurt
  • 4 stems of Rhubarb
  • 4 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 4 handles of Blackcurrant

Preparation steps

  1. Peel and cut the rhubarb stems into pieces.
  2. Add them to a saucepan with water and sugar.
  3. Cook for about 10 minutes.
  4. Drain.
  5. Ajoutez la rhubarbe, les yaourts et les cassis dans un mixeur.
  6. Mix for 2 minutes.
  7. Pour into smoothie glasses.
  8. Keep it cool.
