Creamy and consistent smoothie with small swiss and blackcurrant
- 50 g brown sugar
- 10 cl Milk
- 2 Petits Suisses
- 200 g blackcurrant
- Add the Petits Suisses, brown sugar, milk and blackcurrant in a blender.
- Mix for 15 seconds
- Serve in glasses
Decoration: Add a few blackcurrants to the glass.
