Creamy and consistent smoothie with small swiss and blackcurrant


  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 10 cl Milk
  • 2 Petits Suisses
  • 200 g blackcurrant

Preparation steps

  1. Add the Petits Suisses, brown sugar, milk and blackcurrant in a blender.
  2. Mix for 15 seconds
  3. Serve in glasses

  4. Decoration: Add a few blackcurrants to the glass.
