Refreshing cocktail with absinthe.

Ingredients

  • 3 cl Absinthe
  • 15 cl of Water
  • 1 piece of Sugar

Preparation steps

  1. Pour the absinthe into a small glass
  2. Place a hole spoon on the glass.
  3. Place the piece of sugar on the spoon.
  4. Drip the ice-cold water over the sugar until it dissolves completely.
  5. Stir gently with a spoon.
