Embrace the charm of this twist on the traditional Ti' Punch, a quintessential Caribbean cocktail. This version introduces kiwi for a fruity and unique flair while maintaining the clarity and purity of white rum.



  • 4 cl of 55° white rum
  • 1/2 kiwi
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar

Preparation steps

  1. Wash and slice the half kiwi into thin pieces.
  2. Place the kiwi slices and brown sugar in a Ti' Punch glass.
  3. Slightly muddle the kiwi with the sugar using a muddler.
  4. Pour the white rum directly into the glass.
  5. Gently stir the cocktail with a spoon to combine the rum, brown sugar, and kiwi.
  6. Garnish with a kiwi slice on the rim of the glass.
