National drink from the French West Indies and registered with IBA. A fruity cocktail based on rum, it contributes to the festive reputation of the Caribbean Islands.
- 4 cl white rum 55%
- 2 cl Red cane syrup
- 12 cl Nectar planter of islands Caraïbos
- In a long drink glass, add the rum, red cane sugar and the planter nectar of the islands.
- Mix with a spoon.
- Add some ice cubes.
Decoration : Add a few slices of lemon and orange.
