Rose Lassi
Lassi is a popular drink from India. It is usually made from yogurt, which gives it its creamy texture. This lassi is scented with pink, which gives it a delicious and bewitching taste.
Ingredients
- 4 pot Yogurt Nature
- 1/2 pot of semi-skimmed milk
- 3 drops of Eau de Rose
- 3 drops of Red Dye
- 5 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed green cardamom
Preparation steps
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Pour some crushed ice.
- Mix for a few seconds until a smooth preparation.
- Cover and keep cool for several hours.
- Pour the mixture into long drinks.
