Caipirinha Refined Version

Ingredients

• 1 glass of Cachaça
• Juice of 4 limes
• 1 L of Water
• 1 tablespoon of fennel seeds
• 2 tablespoons cloves
• Rapadura sugar

Preparation steps

1. Add the water, sugar, cloves and fennel seeds to a carafe.
2. Keep cool until the next day.
3. Filters the preparation.
4. Add the lemon juice and cachaça.
5. Stir with a spoon.
6. Add crushed ice to 10 old fashioned glasses.
7. Serve.



Decoration : Add a lime slice to each glass.
