Full-bodied cocktail for coffee lovers based on whisky, coffee and egg white.
- 4 cl Scotch Whisky
- 2 cl coffee cream
- 1 Egg white
- 1 cl cane syrup
- Add the whiskey, coffee cream, egg white and cane syrup to a shaker.
- Shake energetically.
- Pour into a cocktail glass.
Decoration: Add a bouquet of fresh mint.
