Full-bodied cocktail for coffee lovers based on whisky, coffee and egg white.

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Scotch Whisky
  • 2 cl coffee cream
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 cl cane syrup

Preparation steps

  1. Add the whiskey, coffee cream, egg white and cane syrup to a shaker.
  2. Shake energetically.
  3. Pour into a cocktail glass.

    4. Decoration: Add a bouquet of fresh mint.
