Ingredients

  • 90 ml champagne
  • 10 ml blackcurrant cream
  • 1 or 2 raspberries

Preparation steps

  1. In a champagne flute, pour the crème de cassis
  2. Extend with the champagne
  3. Put the raspberries in the glass and serve immediately
