Ingredients
- 5 teaspoons of ground coffee
- 600 ml of water
- 80 g of powdered sugar
Preparation steps

- Filter the coffee infusion through a coffee filter or a strainer to remove the coffee grounds.

- Pour the mixture into a shallow container that can be placed in the freezer and put it in the freezer.
- Every 30 minutes, remove the container from the freezer and scrape the surface of the granita with a fork to break up the ice crystals.
- Repeat this process every 30 minutes until the granita is completely set, which will take about 2-3 hours.
