Thermomix Pear Juice

Ingredients

• 1 L Water
• 3 big pears
• 100 g Sugar
• 1 Lemon

Preparation steps

1. Pour the water and sugar into the thermomix bowl.
2. Set 10 minutes to 90° speed 1
3. Peel and dice the pears
4. Once finished, add the lemon juice and the pear pieces.
5. Mix again at speed 4 then gradually increase the speed for one minute.
6. Serve in large glasses. with crushed ice
